  • Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Raum Karlsruhe suchen wir im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung einen engagierten Accounts Payable Clerk (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Finanzteams.
  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung / im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung zu besetzen.

Accounts Payable Clerk (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Prüfung und Klärung offener Posten sowie Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen
  • Pflege und Abstimmung der Kreditorenkonten
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kreditorenbuchhaltung bzw. als Accounts Payable Clerk (m/w/d)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen und MS Office
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Direkte Festanstellung bei unserem Kunden im Raum Karlsruhe
  • Ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit flachen Hierarchien
