Salary: $24.06/hour

Job Duties:

• •R esponsible for processing and/or approving payment documents and resolving discrepancies prior to payment.
• •R esponsible for coordinating daily activities, monitoring workflow, ensuring all invoices are paid by the due date, distributing checks, and providing payment information upon request.
• •S upervises and provides work direction to the Accounts Payable Specialist.
• •provides customer service to internal and external customer by answering questions and providing training to ensure payment requests are accurate and completed properly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• •Associates Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field OR Two years of progressively responsible work experience in accounts payable.
• •Typing ability of 30 wpm is preferred.
• •Must submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
