We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a full-time Accounts Receivable Rep in our Specialty Billing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement processes while supporting our patients and internal teams. What's Available:

• •Full-time – 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
• •Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift between 6 AM -6 PM
• •Department: Specialty Billing - specializing in workers compensation
• •Location: Onalaska, WI for training (1-2 months)
• •Remote eligible after training
• •Must resides in WI, MN, or IA

What You Need:

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •1 year of work experience, preferably in a medical facility, insurance company, or office setting
• •Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• •Familiarity with medical billing and third-party payor processes is a plus
• •Successful completion of core competency testing for Accounts Receivable Representatives after training
