Overview:

The Activation Executive (contract basis) is responsible for driving key project within the Transaction Banking Dept to ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

Assist in Customer Migration Activities

Assist in validating company profiles, and detail information in preparation for

data migration

Assist in Inbound call handling for companies to support migration process

Assist in email handling specifically for customer migration

Assist in Outbound customer care calls for clients

Management of customer issues with Channels, IT and vendor

Prepare status reports when necessary

Requirements

Seeking opportunities specifically within the Puchong region

Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Demonstrates high levels of integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to tasks

Able to communicate in Malay & English
