QUELLES MISSIONS VOUS SERONT CONFIEES ?

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable de Laboratoire, vous avez en charge les équipes du laboratoire In Process Control (Biochimie) .

Au quotidien, vos missions :

  • Planifier / Superviser les activités du laboratoire en fonction des priorités (analyses de son périmètre, stabilités, qualifications, validations, projets…)
  • Manager l'équipe opérationnelle (environ 10 techniciens de laboratoires sur différents rythmes).
  • S’assurer de la mise en œuvre des stabilités, qualifications, métrologie des équipements du laboratoire et des validations de méthodes, approuve les protocoles associés
  • Approuver les résultats d’analyses
  • Participer au processus d’amélioration continue (5S, etc…)

QUEL PROFIL POUR CETTE OPPORTUNITE ?

De formation Ingénieur ou Master technique, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie au sein d'un laboratoire pharmaceutique sur une fonction managériale.

Vous possédez un leadership naturel.

Vous êtes acteur du changement et aimez travailler sur des projets de routine.
