Sie organisieren und koordinieren gerne bürowirtschaftliche, sowie projekt- und auftragsbezogene Abläufe. Sie möchten gleichzeitig Einblick in die Logistik haben und sind bereit sich in die Produktion einzubringen. Zudem haben Sie Freude an der Übernahme von Sekretariats- und Assistenzaufgaben, dem Koordinieren von Terminen, und dem Vor- und Nachbereiten von Besprechungen. Dann suchen wir genau Sie.

Wir wünschen uns ein Organisationstalent, dass mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Ordnung auch dann den Überblick behält, wenn das Telefon klingelt, ein Kollege dringende Arbeitsunterlagen benötigt und gleichzeitig eine wichtige Kundenbesprechung für den nächsten Tag vorbereitet werden muss. Schnelle Reaktionszeiten und eine sehr hohe Kundenorientierung sind für uns sehr wichtig.
