About the Role

We are seeking a warm, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to serve as the heartbeat of our office operations across Lagos and Abuja. In this role, you will create a welcoming, seamless, and supportive environment where our dynamic, hybrid team can do their best work. You will be the go-to person for on-the-ground support, ensuring our colleagues feel cared for and our workspaces run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide empathetic, responsive administrative support to our consulting, finance, people, and marketing teams to keep workflows running effortlessly.

Deliver a warm onboarding experience for new colleagues by setting up workspaces, providing necessary tools, and leading friendly office orientations, as well as handling offboarding with care.

Support on-the-ground People Function operations by organising monthly team hangouts, managing staff mobile subscriptions, and handling Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) registrations and renewals to keep our team healthy and connected.

Plan and coordinate logistics for internal team engagements, client convenings, and guest travel—including flights, hotels, visa assistance, and ground transport—ensuring everyone feels hosted and valued.

Partner with office facilities management to nurture a clean, safe, and uplifting environment, managing room bookings, supplies, and catering for team meetings.

Carefully manage and reconcile petty cash vouchers and bank books weekly and monthly, while ensuring compliance documentation is prepared, filed on time, and accurately recorded.

Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, mail distribution, and supplies.

Act as the central communicator on operational matters to encourage collaboration, build trust, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an empathetic, community-minded professional who thrives on helping others succeed in a collaborative environment. You will stand out if you bring:

People-First Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build warm, trusting relationships with team members, guests, and suppliers.

Relevant Experience: Prior experience in office management, admin, or team support where you demonstrated care and attention to detail.

Familiarity with hybrid work environments and coordinating remote teams is an advantage.

Experience planning team engagements, organising events, and arranging travel logistics with a customer-centric touch.

Financial Literacy: Comfort with handling petty cash, tracking expenses, and managing basic bookkeeping accurately.

Tech-Savvy Collaboration: Proficiency with Google Workspace Suite

Proactive Problem Solving: A resourceful, supportive attitude—always ready to step in, solve challenges, and improve daily team experience.

A genuine passion for contributing to Africa’s growth and supporting a mission-driven, pan-African team

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, management, or a related field.
