Compensation Range:

$19.04 - $26.63

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator III to join our Learning and Development team. This pivotal role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for our Onboarding, Nursing Practice Career Pathways, and Nursing Practice Professional Certification Programs, ensuring efficiency and compliance in our professional development initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Onboarding Program Management:

  • Oversee new hire compliance, including personnel file management, regulatory documentation, and preassessment creation.
  • Coordinate all program logistics, communications, invitations, and technical support for weekly onboarding sessions.
  • Manage eRecord enrollments, room reservations, and serve as a primary point of contact for new hire inquiries.
  • Support program evaluation and data collection efforts.

Nursing Practice Career Pathways (NPCP)

  • Manage program data entry, generate monthly advancement reports, and maintain the NPCP SharePoint sites.
  • Facilitate updates for job descriptions, policies, career ladders, and program documents.
  • Maintain website content.
  • Professional Certification Support:
  • Manage program data entry, maintain the Certification SharePoint sites.
  • Administer the Professional Certification Program, including Cvent setup, registration, vendor management, invoicing, and certification code distribution.
  • Track, report, and reconcile certification rates and related data.
  • Maintain website content and assist with managing program-specific email inboxes.

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience required
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Demonstrates competency in decision making processes, effective communication, and problem solving.
  • Applies excellent customer service skills to both internal participants and external stakeholders.
