Admission Manager

An Admissions Manager oversees the entire student recruitment and enrollment process for educational institutions, driving enrollment targets by managing lead generation, applicant counseling, and document verification. They lead teams to provide customer-centric service, maintain database accuracy, and coordinate with marketing to promote programs. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ]

Core Responsibilities

• •Admissions & Counseling: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, handling inquiries, conducting tours, and explaining program benefits.
• •Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed student enrollment targets set by management.
• •Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end application process, from initial inquiry to final registration, ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
• •Lead Generation & Nurturing: Collaborate with marketing teams to conduct outreach, attend educational fairs, and manage CRM systems to convert leads into enrollments.

Team Leadership: Supervise and train admission counselors or front-office staff on communication and sales strategies.
