Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Work Type: Work from Office

Work Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Job Overview:

Dreamtime Learning Hub is seeking an experienced and dynamic Admission Manager to lead the admissions process, drive student enrollments, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students and parents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Oversee the entire admission process , from inquiry handling to final enrollment.
• •Respond to parent inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• •Conduct school tours and orientation sessions for prospective parents and students.
• •Develop and implement admission strategies to increase student enrollment.
• •Maintain an accurate database of leads, inquiries, and enrollments .
• •Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to enhance student recruitment efforts.
• •Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for newly admitted students and their families.
• •Provide periodic reports on admission trends and progress to management.
• •Stay updated with industry trends and competitor schools' admission processes.

Requirements:

• •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in school admissions, counseling, or sales.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• •Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data management .
• •Ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets.
• •Prior experience in educational institutions is preferred.
