From initial inquiry through enrollment, you'll play a critical role in connecting students with life-changing, hands-on education. Working closely with Marketing, Financial Aid, Student Services, Housing, and Academic Departments, the Admissions Representative contributes directly to enrollment growth while delivering an exceptional student experience. Requirements

Recruit & Support Prospective Students

• •Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process.
• •Build and maintain relationships through phone, email, text, virtual meetings, and in-person appointments and campus tours.
• •Guide prospective students through each stage of the enrollment journey while supporting recruitment and enrollment goals.
• •Conduct admissions interviews and assist applicants in completing admissions and enrollment requirements.
• •Maintain consistent follow-up and provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process.

Enrollment & Admissions Management

• •Maintain an active recruitment pipeline and help achieve enrollment goals.
• •Monitor applicant progress and proactively assist students in completing requirements.
• •Maintain accurate student records and communications within HubSpot™ CRM and Core Campus™ systems.
• •Support onboarding and transition activities to help students successfully begin their educational journey.

Community Outreach & Events

• •Represent IYRS at open houses, campus tours, career fairs, school visits, industry events, and community programs.
• •Help plan and execute admissions and recruitment events.
• •Build relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, workforce development partners, veterans' organizations, and alumni.

Collaboration & Student Success

• •Partner with Marketing, Financial Aid, Student Services, Housing, and Academic Departments to create seamless student experiences.
• •Contribute to enrollment planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Uphold institutional policies, accreditation standards, and ethical recruitment practices.

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• •One to three years of experience in admissions, recruiting, higher education, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• •Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• •Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed, including occasional evening and weekend events.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience in higher education, technical education, trade schools, or workforce development programs.
• •Familiarity with HubSpot™, Core Campus™, or similar CRM and student information systems.
• •Knowledge of financial aid processes and enrollment management best practices.
• •Experience delivering presentations or facilitating group information sessions.
