We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – Adobe AEM & Adobe DAM Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AEM Sites, DAM, component development, content management, and integrations within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, dialogs, and content fragments.
Configure and manage Adobe DAM assets, metadata schemas, tagging, asset workflows, and renditions.
Build reusable components and scalable content management solutions aligned with business requirements.
Integrate AEM with third-party applications, APIs, and Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Implement headless CMS solutions using AEM Content Fragments and GraphQL APIs.
Optimize application performance, caching strategy, and content delivery mechanisms.
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide sustainable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, UX designers, business stakeholders, and DevOps teams.
Technical requirements
5–9 years of experience in web content management and digital experience platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Adobe DAM.
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Servlets, OSGi, Sling Models, and Apache Felix.
Experience in developing AEM Components, Templates, Touch UI Dialogs, Workflows, and Dispatcher configurations.
Strong understanding of AEM Asset Management, Metadata Management, Asset Workflows, and Content Governance.
Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) or AEM 6.x.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS, and frontend integration.
Experience in REST APIs, GraphQL, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Additional responsibilities
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Analytics, Target, or Campaign.
Knowledge of Headless CMS architecture and Omnichannel content delivery.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
Understanding of SEO, web accessibility, and web performance optimization.
Adobe AEM Developer certification is highly preferred.
