  • 2 、 结合公司 HV 高压产品线业务发展需求，及时、有效应用新制造技术，提升工厂制造水平
  • 3 、 组织相关技术人员攻关生产过程中的制造技术难题， 推进新工艺、新技术、新材料的应用
  • 三、 新项目过程工艺开发及优化
  • 1 、 负责 HV 高压产品线工艺布局设计并组织实施
  • 2 、 负责 HV 高压产品线生产直接相关的设备选型及引进
  • 3 、 负责产线线平衡设计及优化，根据产量需求及时调整生产节拍，评估、提升生产效率
  • 4 、 组织编制、发放现场工艺文件及工时核定
  • 5 、 负责工具、工装的设计、发放、应用、优化及管理
  • 6 、 负责相关制造系统维护
