  • Gute Selbstorganisation und ein effizientes Zeitmanagement
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld
  • Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen: Entscheidend sind Organisationstalent, Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen und die Bereitschaft, sich engagiert in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten.

Was Dich erwartet:

  • Unterstützung der internationalen Projektteams bei der Vorbereitung und Teilebeschaffung für die Herstellung von Kundenmustern
  • Koordination der Beschaffung von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen sowie Durchführung von Bestandsprüfungen
  • Organisation der Materialbeschaffung und -bestellung auf Basis der jeweiligen Musterbedarfe
  • Abstimmung mit internen und externen Lieferanten sowie konsequente Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen und Materialeingängen
  • Steuerung der Materialien über die verschiedenen Fertigungsstufen entlang des gesamten Wertschöpfungsprozesses
  • Aktive Mitwirkung im Teile- und Änderungsprozess
  • Überwachung der Projektziele hinsichtlich Termine und Teileversorgung sowie frühzeitige Identifikation möglicher Engpässe
  • Mitarbeit bei der Definition, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen im internationalen Kundenmuster-Prozess
