Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• •Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• •Knowledge of nursing care methods, standards, and clinical procedures
• •Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
• •Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• •Ability to assess patient needs, apply clinical judgment, and adjust plans of care as appropriate
• •EKG competency based on patient population and applicable role requirements
• •Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English
• •Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft-based programs

Education

• •Required: Associate Degree in Nursing
• •Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Work Experience

Preferred: One or more years of experience in an acute care hospital setting

Licenses and Certifications

• •Required: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• •Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
