  • Architect scalable, secure and high-performance digital experience solutions across CMS, DAM, personalization and composable architectures.
  • Guide customers through modernization journeys, including migration from AEM 6.x, on-premise and other CMS platforms to AEM Cloud Service and EDS.
  • Define architecture and engineering practices that improve performance, Core Web Vitals, scalability and content authoring productivity.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI to transform digital experiences and content operations.
  • Architect solutions that integrate AI capabilities with existing AEM platforms, enterprise content, customer data and business systems.
  • Guide customers on AI-powered content creation, personalization, asset management, content supply chain and workflow automation.
  • Understand key AI architecture concepts such as LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, APIs and MCP integrations, and their application in enterprise solutions.
  • Advise customers on responsible AI adoption, including security, data privacy, governance and brand safety.

Customer and Consulting Leadership

  • Act as a trusted technology advisor to senior customer stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs and digital business leaders.
  • Lead customer workshops, architecture discussions, solution presentations and technology strategy conversations.
  • Understand customer business challenges and translate them into effective technology solutions and transformation roadmaps.
  • Shape consulting opportunities by defining solution approaches, contributing to proposals and articulating business value.
  • Clearly communicate complex technology concepts and the business value of emerging AI capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, Adobe account teams, partners and product engineering teams.

Technical and Delivery Leadership

  • Provide end-to-end architectural leadership across large and complex customer engagements.
  • Lead solution discovery, architecture definition, technical design and implementation oversight.
  • Work closely with Delivery Managers and Project Managers to ensure successful project execution and customer outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor architects, developers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and take ownership of architecture decisions.
  • Develop reusable architecture patterns, accelerators and best practices, particularly around AEM, EDS and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Stay current with Adobe Experience Cloud innovations and emerging AI technologies and share knowledge across the consulting community.
  • Manage multiple customer engagements and provide technical leadership with minimal supervision.
