Let’s Talk about the Role

The Aero Alliance Industrialization Program Manager will lead the execution of new repair capabilities and industrialization projects to optimize product performance and turnaround times.

You will act as the primary bridge between engineering teams, repair shops, and external suppliers, building business cases and managing the lifecycle of industrialization activities. Your focus will be on driving cost-out initiatives and technological advancements that enhance the value and efficiency of our aeroderivative gas turbine repair network.

How You Will Make a Difference

• •Driving , developing and executing the industrialization of new technologies and repair qualification projects to improve product outcomes.
• •Leading cross-functional coordination between engineering, sourcing, quality, and repair shops to ensure project requirements are met.
• •Developing and maintaining comprehensive industrialization metrics, reporting, and pacing activities.
• •Partnering with Cost-Out-Team to create robust business cases to support additional repair capabilities and secure financial validation.
• •Improving turnaround times for repairs by identifying supply chain bottlenecks of Aeroderivative technology and implementing effective action plans.
• •Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to scout and partner with repair vendors.

A formal education and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements within service engineering or product management functions.

This is a permanent position based in Carrara (Avenza plant). We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.

Fascia retributive: Tra € 42,800.00 e € 64,200.00 lordi annui. La retribuzione specifica offerta terrà conto dell'istruzione, delle qualifiche, dell'esperienza e delle competenze del candidato .

The pay range for this position : Between € 42,800.00 and € 64,200.00 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set.

Eleggibilità per il Piano Bonus: Eligibilità al piano bonus Variabile-AIP, che prevede un incentivo target del 10% della retribuzione base annua, a seconda del raggiungimento dei parametri di business e delle performance individuali.

Eligibility for Bonus Plan: Eligible to participate in Variable-AIP annual bonus plan that provides a target incentive of 10% of the individual’s annual base salary depending on achievement of key business metrics and individual performance.

Alla posizione è applicabile il Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro (CCNL Metalmeccanico). I benefici disponibili sulla base del CCNL attualmente in vigore e delle politiche aziendali includono quanto segue:

A Collective Bargaining Agreement (‘CBA’ - Metalworking) is applicable in relation to position. The available benefits based on the currently effective CBA and company policies include the following:

Stipendio Base: La retribuzione seguirà le tabelle salariali previste dal CCNL di categoria Metalmeccanico Industria

Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale, which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.

• Pensione Integrativa (Cometa) : Tutti i livelli sono eligibili, ad eccezione dei dirigenti.
• Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2% (2,2% se under 35). Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.

• Pension Fund (Cometa): All levels are eligible, except executives (dirigenti).
• Employer Contribution: 2% (2.2% if under 35). Employee Contribution: 1.2%. Base: monthly gross salary.
