As an AES Workday Recruiting / Talent Senior Associate (Sr. Analyst)-Operate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Workday Human Capital to support client needs and drive successful outcomes. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within our Application Evolution Services - Workday, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions. Responsibilities

• - Managing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Recruiting implementations for clients
• - Conducting business analysis to identify client needs and recommend solutions for human resources transformation
• - Utilizing analytical thinking to improve business processes and enhance organizational management
• - Leading project management efforts, including project budgeting and workforce planning, to achieve client objectives
• - Collaborating with clients to develop strategic human resource planning and talent management initiatives
• - Implementing change management strategies to facilitate successful adoption of new HR policies and systems
• - Engaging in benefits administration and employee relations investigations to support client HR functions
• - Leveraging workforce analytics to provide insights and drive data-informed decision-making
• - Facilitating employee engagement surveys and developing strategies to enhance organizational culture
• - Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 2 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
• - Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting
• - Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
• - Managing human resources transformation projects effectively
• - Excelling in strategic human resource planning and talent management
