For one of our partners we are seeking a Affiliate Manager to join our growing dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Relationship Management :

- Maintain regular communication with affiliates to foster strong relationships.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to help affiliates optimize their performance.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting :

- Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics.

- Prepare regular reports on affiliate activity and performance for management.

Strategic Planning :

- Develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate sales and expand the affiliate network.

- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the affiliate program.

Compliance and Best Practices :

- Ensure affiliates adhere to company policies and industry best practices.

- Monitor affiliate marketing activities for compliance with legal regulations and company standards.

Promotional Activities :

- Create and distribute promotional materials to affiliates.

- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional offers with affiliates.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.

Experience with affiliate management platforms and tools.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO practices.

Proficiency in using CRM and affiliate tracking software.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to handle challenging situations and provide effective solutions.

Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies to grow the affiliate program.

Creative thinking to identify new opportunities and approaches to affiliate marketing.

Willingness to travel for work, including industry events and affiliate meetings.
