About the Role:

As our Affiliate Manager, you will take full ownership of our affiliate strategy, budget, and partner ecosystem to fuel our multi-market acquisition engine.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will build, scale, and optimize a diverse portfolio of external affiliate partner channels.

While your primary focus will be driving market share in Portugal (alongside The Netherlands), you will also play a key strategic role as we expand into new international territories in the future. We are looking for a sharp, commercially driven candidate who excels at managing moving parts and knows how to prioritize high-impact growth over busy work.

About Play North

Play North is an ambitious, fast-growing online casino operator active across regulated European markets with hubs in Malta, Estonia and the Netherlands. We create tailored, high-quality player experiences behind established brands such as Pikakasino.com and Kansino.nl , licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and the Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA).

And we're not slowing down. We recently secured our Portuguese licence and are getting ready to launch Vincino.pt , marking another exciting step in our growth journey.

Luck may be part of our industry. Building great products never is. Hence we're looking for ambitious, detail-oriented people who enjoy solving problems, taking ownership, raising the bar and celebrating wins together.

Great products don't happen by chance. They happen because great people build them. Think you'd be a great fit? Let's talk.

Responsibilities:

Budget & KPI Ownership: Take full responsibility for managing the affiliate marketing budget, forecasting ROI, allocating spend, and achieving core target KPIs to ensure optimal profitability and campaign performance.

Affiliate Tooling Management: Act as the primary contact person for our affiliate platform and tools, taking ownership of technical setups and ensuring system functionality, attribution, and postbacks are working properly.

Compliance & Safeguarding: Safeguard overall affiliate compliance, monitoring partner activities and traffic to ensure strict adherence to local regulatory guidelines and internal brand standards.

Partner Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing partners to expand the footprint of our brands.

Commercial Strategy & Negotiation: Structure, negotiate, and optimize commercial terms to maximize campaign ROI and long-term commercial value.

Performance Data & Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze traffic quality and campaign profitability. Explain the "why" behind performance shifts and turn data into actionable strategy.

Financial & Statement Validation: Validate monthly partner activity statements against tracking data and approve invoices to ensure accurate and timely payouts.

Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for partners, performing regular performance reviews, sharing creative assets, and driving continuous engagement.

Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitive partner strategies and market shifts across target regions to uncover new acquisition opportunities.

Requirements:

Market Focus: Proven, strong experience with affiliate acquisition channels in the Portuguese market is required (familiarity with the Dutch market is a plus).

Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent or native-level speaking skills in either Portuguese or Dutch, combined with professional English proficiency for internal collaboration.

Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience (we value your analytical mindset, commercial drive, and track record over your exact academic subject).

Affiliate Management Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on affiliate management experience within the iGaming industry.

Commercial & Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical capabilities paired with proven commercial and negotiation skills to evaluate deal structures and optimize margins.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong partner relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.

What we offer:

We pride ourselves on a vibrant, supportive company culture where your growth is a priority. We operate a hybrid work environment (minimum of 2 days in the office per week), allowing you to balance collaborative face-to-face time with the focus of remote work.

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Private Health insurance.

Wellness allowance up to €600 per year.
