You will focus on strengthening long-term customer relationships, increasing retention, and maximizing customer value throughout the equipment lifecycle.
This is a proactive, customer-facing sales role where you will identify and develop aftermarket opportunities within your regional customer base. It’s an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.
You will be accountable for forecasting, managing, and achieving annual Order and Sales targets, contributing directly to the growth of Malvern Panalytical’s service business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive after-sales orders and revenue across the LATAM region including Mexico and Brazil through multi-channel customer engagement, consistently meeting or exceeding service sales targets
- Own the sale of service solutions, including generating new business from service agreements, digital services, upgrades, software, and bundled lifecycle offerings
- Partner with local service teams to support contract renewals and secure new agreements as customers exit warranty
- Manage the full after-sales sales cycle, from lead qualification and inquiry response through quoting, negotiation, closure, and handover
- Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline with reliable CRM data, forecasting, KPIs, and reporting
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Technical Helpdesk, Digital, Marketing, Supply Centers, and Product Management to deliver exceptional customer experiences and improve service offerings
About You
- Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Background in analytical instrumentation or service-led organizations for, at least, 7 years
- Results-driven, proactive, and motivated by achieving targets and growing service revenue; hands on selling
- Strong communicator and relationship builder, able to articulate value across diverse customer groups
- Confident in sales negotiation, closing, and pipeline management, with CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) or willingness to learn
- Digitally curious and data-driven, using AI and digital tools to support lead generation, forecasting, and decision-making
- Customer-focused, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments with a test-and-learn mindset
- Collaborative and commercially aware, contributing to marketing initiatives, customer journeys, and business case development
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish, Portuguese
