  • Telefonische Unterstützung von Kunden und Servicetechnikern bei
  • technischen Problemen und Störungsmeldungen Entgegennahme und
  • Abwicklung von Anfragen und Bestellungen rund um Ersatzteile
  • Bearbeitung von Garantie- und Reparaturvorgängen von der Prüfung bis
  • zur Abwicklung Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Warenrücksendungen
  • Planung und Koordination von Außendienstbesuchen in Abstimmung mit
  • externen Servicepartnern Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung der
  • Kundendienstprozesse Dein Profil Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
  • oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker mit betriebswirtschaftlichem
  • Grundverständnis, alternativ kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B.
  • Industriekaufmann oder Kaufmann Büromanagement) mit technischem Bezug
  • Praktische Berufserfahrung im After-Sales-Bereich, vorzugsweise mit
  • erklärungsbedürftigen technischen Produkten Kundenorientierte sowie
  • vertriebsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise Selbstständige,
  • strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Deine Benefits
