• •Roaring Brook Elementary School
• •Grafflin Elementary School
• •Westorchard Elementary School

Schedule & Availability

• •Afternoon Hours: 2:50 PM–6:00 PM
• •Days: Monday–Friday, following the school calendar
• •Flexible weekday availability may be considered
• •Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday availability is especially needed!

Position Responsibilities

• •Lead and participate in fun, hands-on activities using the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, arts and crafts, academic enrichment, and group games.
• •Create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for children.
• •Encourage teamwork, creativity, confidence, and social development.
• •Serve as a positive role model while supporting children's individual needs.
• •Follow New York State regulations, Healthy Kids Programs policies, and host school guidelines.
• •Assist with daily program operations, including attendance and other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• •High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13.
• •Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Dependable, professional, and committed to providing quality care.
• •Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
