Aftermarket Account Manager

Take ownership of key aftermarket customer relationships across the Northeast, helping strengthen partnerships, improve customer satisfaction, and drive sustainable sales growth. In this remote role, you will serve as the central connection between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer needs are translated into effective commercial strategies and coordinated solutions. You will lead quotation processes, support negotiations, and identify opportunities to expand business across the commercial vehicle and automotive aftermarket sectors. Working cross-functionally with sales, product development, manufacturing, and other stakeholders, you will help deliver reliable service throughout the customer value chain.
