Job Summary

The Agent Licensing & Contracting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of Contracts initiated by agents/agencies and sales directors.

NOET: This role is worked onsite daily 8AM - 5PM ET (with one hour lunch break) at our location in Saint Albans, WV. Remote work is not an option. Candidates living in Charleston, WV and Huntington, WV will find this jobsite commutable.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from Insurance contract request, maintaining, and up until contract termination
  • Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and agencies ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs proactively.
  • Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to contracting regulations, procedures, source selection criteria, and procurement laws.
  • Financial: To ensure levels are entered and assigned correctly for payment.

Education/Experience

  • High School diploma
  • 2+ of administrative experience preferred; 1+ of Contracting/ Insurance experience preferred
  • Familiarity with basic computer functions is required
  • Prior experience with data collection research and analysis strongly preferred
