What You’ll Do

Reach out to potential clients and help us grow our agency

Advise customers on insurance products that fit their needs

Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

Build lasting client relationships with great service

Set and achieve your own sales goals, contributing to the agency’s success

Use our CRM tools to keep track of leads and opportunities

What Helps You Succeed

One year or more of experience in sales, insurance, or other customer-focused work is preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willing to make outbound calls, follow up with new leads, and keep growing your business

Self-motivated and eager to learn with solid organizational skills

Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license is helpful (or be willing to get licensed)
