Serás la pieza clave en la ejecución fluida, precisa y eficiente del ciclo operativo del crédito. Te encargarás de la validación, procesamiento, verificación de expedientes y soporte en el desembolso de solicitudes, garantizando el cumplimiento de los tiempos de respuesta.

Algunas de las funciones son:

Validar la documentación de soporte e identidad de las solicitudes ingresadas desde la App.

Procesar y dar seguimiento al flujo de aprobación y desembolso de créditos.

Realizar el análisis y la aplicación de pagos en el sistema interno.

Resolver e identificar incidencias operativas o bloqueos en las solicitudes de crédito.

Asegurar que las operaciones procesadas cumplan con los estándares y SLAs definidos por la empresa.
