What you'll be working on as an Agentic SDLC Engineer

Are you excited about the future of software engineering and the impact AI is having on the Software Development Life Cycle? As an Agentic SDLC Engineer at Blue Harvest, you will help shape the next generation of software delivery by leveraging AI agents, Generative AI, automation, and modern engineering practices. You will work alongside clients and engineering teams to transform how software is designed, developed, tested, and deployed.

In this role you will be working on:

• •Designing and implementing AI-enabled software delivery processes that integrate AI agents throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
• •Applying Generative AI, copilots, and intelligent automation to accelerate software development, testing, documentation, and deployment activities
• •Advising financial services clients on adopting Agentic AI, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and modern software delivery practices
• •Building proof-of-concepts, accelerators, and reusable frameworks that improve engineering productivity and software quality
• •Collaborating with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to successfully scale AI-driven engineering capabilities across complex enterprise environments.

Your Profile

You Have:

• •Experience in software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or software delivery transformation
• •Knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI-powered developer platforms
• •Experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, combined with CI/CD and automation tooling
• •Strong consulting and communication skills, enabling you to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives
• •You make conscious use of AI tools, critically evaluate their output, and leverage technology to work more efficiently
