This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Agentic Workforce Adoption Manager based in Canada.

  • This role focuses on helping customers adopt AI-powered capabilities and turn them into measurable business outcomes.
  • You’ll guide organizations through the transition from manually managing workflows to using AI agents to execute work more autonomously.
  • Working within a Customer Success organization, you’ll partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Delivery teams to identify high-value adoption opportunities.
  • You’ll engage directly with customers through discovery sessions, workshops, webinars, and value realization reviews.
  • A key part of the role is translating sophisticated AI functionality into practical use cases tied to efficiency, ROI, and operational impact.
  • You’ll also help develop repeatable adoption frameworks, playbooks, and enablement resources that can scale across the customer base.
  • This is a remote opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys influencing behavior, removing adoption barriers, and operating in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
