  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Versicherungsfachmann/ -frau (BWV/ IHK) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, wie z.B. Bankkaufleute
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen in der Versicherungsbranche - aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung!
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebsorientierung und Beratungskompetenz
  • Hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft, sowie Engagement
