  • 当社のAGV案件は、アームロボット案件と並び、Mujin Japanの重要な事業の柱の一つです。導入出荷台数も国内随一を誇り、特に大手製造業・物流業によく採用されることがMujinならではの強みです。ロボットによる仕分け・積み付け等の手作業の自動化に加え、AGVによる運搬・搬送工程の自動化により、当社Mujin Japanが物流業界をはじめ、Eコマース、自動車、消費財、医薬品卸、素材メーカーなどの多くの業界の、様々な自動化ニーズを実現させてきました。これにより、Mujin Japan事業が第3フェーズであるトータルソリューションに進化してきました。
  • 岡崎のフィールドサービスエンジニアは、当社お客様に導入されている数千台AGVの安定運用を支える重要なポジションです。
  • 現地での点検・メンテナンスからトラブルシューティング、顧客対応まで幅広く担当いただき、AGVシステムのパフォーマンス向上や予防保全の仕組み作りにも携わっていただきます。
  • ■部署役割
  • サービス部では、お客様のもとへ納入されたロボットシステム・Mujinロボットのアフターサービスを実施する部署です。年間点検の計画立案、工数の見積もり、顧客との調整、現地での対応まで、一連の業務を担当。今後、サービス部の機能を拡充するため、営業としてお客様にサービスを提案することも想定しており、単なる保守業務にとどまらず、より高度なアフターサービスの企画や改善にも関わることができます。
  • ■募集背景
  • これまでMujinのAGV（無人搬送車）をはじめとする物流自動化ソリューションのアフターサポートは、東京のフィールドサービスエンジニアがロボットシステムと兼任する形で対応していました。しかし、AGV単体での導入案件に加え、ロボットを含む自動化システム全体の導入が拡大する中、お客様に対してより迅速かつ高品質なサポートを提供できる体制の構築が求められています。
  • 今後の事業拡大と導入台数の増加を見据え、本ポジションではまずはAGV領域を中心にご担当いただきながら、将来的にはロボットシステムを含む幅広い製品・ソリューションの安定稼働支援を担っていただくことを期待しています。
  • また、顧客対応だけでなく、サービス品質向上に向けた仕組みづくりや運用改善、組織づくりにも主体的に関わっていただける方を歓迎します。
