Key Responsibilities

• •Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities across Finance processes.
• •Conduct workshops, process walkthroughs, and discovery sessions to gather business requirements.
• •Document current-state and future-state processes, business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• •Support implementation of AI and automation solutions using RPA, Power Platform, Power BI, and AI tools.
• •Coordinate across business users, developers, data teams, and support teams.
• •Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate delivered solutions against requirements.
• •Track project tasks, risks, dependencies, timelines, and status updates.
• •Support governance, intake processes, prioritization, and automation inventory management.

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• •3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Automation, or Digital Transformation roles.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• •Experience supporting cross-functional technology projects.
