AI Builder, Principal Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Builder, Principal Product Manager based in Canada.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will help redefine how a complex technology platform is designed, accessed, and experienced through AI-driven innovation and rapid experimentation. You will identify high-impact opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate friction, and deliver meaningful improvements for customers and the business. Working within a small, AI-native team, you will combine strategic product leadership with hands-on prototyping to turn ambitious ideas into tangible, working solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineers and experience designers, using AI tools, real data, and system integrations to validate new approaches. Rather than relying solely on roadmaps or requirements documents, you will demonstrate what is possible through measurable experiments and compelling before-and-after results. This role offers significant autonomy, the opportunity to challenge established ways of working, and the chance to shape the future direction of a technology platform in a fast-evolving environment.
