As an AI & CCaaS - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, helping them achieve their strategic objectives through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• - Leading the analysis and implementation of business applications to optimize client operational efficiency
• - Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client objectives
• - Guiding teams in the integration and utilization of software solutions for enhanced business performance
• - Providing training and support to clients for seamless adoption of business applications
• - Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business transformation initiatives
• - Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
• - Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and professional growth
• - Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders
• - Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
• - Promoting the use of innovative technologies and practices in business application consulting

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 5 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
