AI Data Quality and Verification Associate

We are a fast-growing AI startup building tools to automate and enhance how companies respond to RFI (Request for Information) based on their own data sources. We are seeking a meticulous and motivated AI Data Quality and Verification Associate to help validate AI-generated responses, ensure high data quality, and contribute feedback to improve the system's learning and performance. The candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a QA Analyst or AI Trainer role as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Review AI-generated answers for RFIs and validate their accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• •Cross-check information against original data sources (documents, spreadsheets, websites, etc.).
• •Highlight inaccuracies, missing information, or contextual errors in the responses.
• •Provide structured feedback to the product and training teams to refine the AI model.
• •Tag or annotate responses and data points for model training and continuous improvement.
• •Ensure that source documents are clean, properly structured, and formatted for ingestion.
• •Collaborate with the QA, product, and development teams for issue resolution and quality improvements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• •Good command of written English and comprehension skills.
• •Basic understanding of data formats like Excel, PDF, Word, and online knowledge bases.
• •Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
• •Interest in AI, automation, or data verification is a plus.
• •Prior experience in data annotation, QA, or documentation review is desirable but not mandatory
