The Role
Responsibilities:
- Discovery and opportunity assessment
- Work with Corporate Platforms colleagues in the US and UK to map BAU, operational and administrative activities.

- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services, including:

- Document governance checkpoints, risks, controls and approval decisions.
- Document agents, skills, prompts, build standards and operating procedures.
- Define named owners and support arrangements for every solution.
- Create practical playbooks and how-to guides that enable the team to operate and extend solutions independently.
- Complete a structured handover before the engagement ends.
- Prioritised AI opportunity assessment and use-case backlog, including value, effort, recommended tools and owners.
- Training plan, brown bag materials, recordings and supporting guidance.
- Working agents and skills built with Copilot Studio and Copilot Cowork.
- Curated prompt library for common Corporate Platforms tasks.
- Playbook covering build standards, governance, support and ownership arrangements.
