AI Enablement Specialist

You will report to: AI Strategy & Transformation Lead

Work Model: Hybrid

Location: Mexico , Colombia and Brazil

Main Responsibilities

• •Design AI training programs for global teams.
• •Develop learning content and communications.
• •Support AI literacy programs for all of GSM.
• •Track adoption metrics.
• •Partner with AI Ambassadors.
• •Facilitate office hours and training events.
• •Gather user feedback.
• •Support rollout execution.

Qualifications

• •Bachelors degree.
• •3 or more years of experience in Learning amp; Development, Enablement, Change Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• •Strong facilitation, presentation.
• •Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs.
• •Simplify technical concepts and make them practical for business users.
• •Experience with AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Salesforce, change management, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
