Scale Tech is a software development agency based in Vilnius, Lithuania. We're expanding our AI capabilities and looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join us on a contract basis. If you love turning LLMs into real, production-ready automation, not just prototypes — this could be your next project.
- Contract term (B2B) — 1–4 months, full-time. Part-time can also be arranged if that suits you better.
- Working method — Remote, must be based in the EU/EEA
- Hourly rate — €30–40/hour, depending on experience (open to discussing higher rates for the right candidate)
