### Aufgaben der Stelle

  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Umsetzung innovativer KI-Anwendungsfällen
  • Entwicklung von Prototypen, Proof of Concepts (PoCs) und produktiven KI-Lösungen
  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Optimierung von AI-Agenten, Prompting-Strategien sowie RAG-basierten Anwendungen (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
  • Evaluierung neuer AI-Technologien, Frameworks, Modelle und Plattformen hinsichtlich ihres geschäftlichen Nutzens
  • Weiterentwicklung, Überwachung und Optimierung produktiver KI-Systeme hinsichtlich Qualität, Performance und Skalierbarkeit
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Monitoring-, Logging- und Qualitätsprozessen für den sicheren Betrieb von AI-Lösungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen zur Überführung von Ideen und Use Cases in produktive Anwendungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer KI-Technologien und Beratung interner Stakeholder

### Profil der Stelle

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science oder Softwareentwicklung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und dem produktiven Betrieb von KI-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python; Kenntnisse in C# und/oder Rust sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-Agenten, Prompt Engineering und RAG-Architekturen
  • Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Integration von REST APIs sowie modernen Softwareentwicklungsprozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Git, GitLab, GitHub, CI/CD-Pipelines und kollaborativen Entwicklungsplattformen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Container-Technologien wie Docker, Podman oder Kubernetes
  • Analytische Denkweise, hohe Innovationsbereitschaft und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
