## Deine Aufgaben

AI Use Cases und Geschäftsprozesse:

Du identifizierst innovative AI Use Cases und begleitest deren Umsetzung – von der technischen Konzeption bis zur Realisierung.

Konzeption und Implementierung:

Du entwickelst und implementierst maßgeschneiderte Agentic-AI-Lösungen für verschiedene Branchen auf Basis der Azure-Cloud.

Entwicklung und Pflege von Agentic-AI-Plattformen:

Du baust skalierbare Plattformen, die autonome Workflows und intelligente Entscheidungsprozesse mit AI Agents ermöglichen, und stellst deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sicher.

Optimierung und Automatisierung:

Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung bestehender AI-Lösungen und sorgst für deren kontinuierliche Verbesserung.

Teamarbeit und Innovation:

Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen und hältst dein technologisches Wissen stets aktuell, um unsere AI-Lösungen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

## Qualifikationen

  • Fundierte Python-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Agent-Frameworks und Azure AI Services (z. B. Azure OpenAI, LangChain)
  • Kenntnisse in Docker, CI/CD, LLMOps und modernen Cloud-Technologien von Vorteil
  • Praxis in der Entwicklung von Prototypen, PoCs oder MVPs zur Validierung von KI-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Bewertung und Umsetzung von KI-Lösungen, inkl. Modellauswahl, Architekturdesign und Skalierung sind von Vorteil
  • Starke analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Erfahrung in interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit sowie klare, business-orientierte Kommunikation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (C1/Advanced)
  • Leidenschaft für aktuelle Entwicklungen in den Bereichen AI, ML und Cloud-Technologien.
