Software / AI Engineer (m/w/d)

## Aufgaben

• •Collaboration & Requirements: Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and document workflows and architectures.
• •Cloud Engineering & Automation: Architect and maintain automated workflows and integrations using AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, EventBridge) and platforms like n8n or Make.com. Enable seamless data flow between cloud infrastructure and external platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Baserow. Ensure reliability through monitoring, error-handling, and alerting.
• •AI-Powered Solutions: Leverage Amazon Bedrock, Large Language Models, and Amazon Q to build AI agents, RAG pipelines, and intelligent workflows for document extraction, content generation, and conversational AI.

## Profil

• •Communication & Languages: Strong collaboration skills; able to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• •Experience: 3 + years in software engineering, cloud development, or AI/ML automation. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• •Programming & Cloud Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript. Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock, Connect, S3, DynamoDB). Understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• •AI/ML & LLM Expertise: Experience with Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Q. Skilled in prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and building AI agents for production use cases.
• •Data Handling: Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB), plus experience with data pipelines and tools like Baserow or Airtable.

Bonus skills (Nice to have)

• •Certifications & Infrastructure: AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or ML specialty). Experience with Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• •Advanced AI & Other: Experience with SageMaker, vector databases, or custom ML pipelines. Background in sustainability tech or enterprise automation tools (Power Automate) is a plus.
