Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathic Manager to lead our AI & Advanced Analytics team, you'll lead a group focusing on developing advanced analysis tools for proteomics data using AI/ML. The team consists of a mix of data scientists and devops engineers. With your help we will transform our AI strategy into digital solutions for our next generation products. You will collaborate closely with software development and data engineering teams as well as other R&D teams. You will coach, lead and develop your team members in their growth and future success within Olink and the AI/ML landscape.

Your contribution:

• •Collaborate with software and data engineering teams to produce complex analysis pipelines all the way from cloud infra to results.

• •Ensure your team delivers high-quality technical solutions using agile ways of working, methods, and tools

Refquirements :

• •PhD or master’s degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, biotechnology, or related engineering fields.
• •5+ years preferred of relevant industry experience with proficiency in Python, C#/C++, and statistical data analysis.
• •Experience with purpose-built environments for AI/ML analysis pipelines
• •Familiarity with ML libraries, models, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and agentic AI frameworks
• •Strong understanding of data quality and requirements for analysis using AI/ML
• •Ability to engage with external technology stakeholders
• •Minimum 3 years of experience from leading roles (Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager)
• •Experienced using Jira and GitHub
• •Strong value driven mindset and natural strive for efficiency and optimization in development and deliveries
• •Background in the proteomics field is strongly beneficial but not required
