• Summary:
• As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating generative AI models into solutions, ensuring that applications are production-ready and scalable. Daily activities may include developing pipelines for deployment either on cloud platforms or on-premises environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business needs, and exploring innovative approaches such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing to enhance system functionalities and user experiences.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• - Responsible for team decisions.
• - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• - Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• - Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to improve project outcomes.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• - Experience in developing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
• - Strong understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world solutions.
• - Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
• - Ability to design and maintain production-quality AI pipelines ensuring scalability and reliability.
• - Competence in integrating AI components such as chatbots and image processing modules into larger systems.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
