AI Ops Engineer, Correlation & Diagnosis Associate (all genders)

## In this role, you’ll:

• •Contribute to developing technologies that enhance the customer travel experience.
• •Support and optimize cloud systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and security.
• •Analyze specifications and gather user requirements for new or improved software solutions.
• •Design and implement software solutions and databases aligned with Amadeus quality standards.
• •Collaborate with Product Management and users to validate technical approaches.
• •Conduct testing to maintain performance, stability, and code quality.
• •Contribute to debugging, troubleshooting, and maintaining software systems.
• •Create and maintain clear documentation for internal teams and users.
• •Partner with senior engineers and managers to continuously learn and develop your technical expertise.

## Your Profile

• •Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in software development.
• •Understanding of AI or automation concepts with interest in applying them to operations.
• •Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• •Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to innovative projects.
• •Good communication skills and a curious, proactive mindset.
