AI Platform Architect

Responsibilities:

• •Design and maintain AI solution and integration architectures, ensuring seamless connectivity between AI platforms and the enterprise landscape (e.g., core business systems, data sources, APIs, and identity/security services).
• •Develop the AI platform roadmap, translating business requirements into target architectures, solution designs, and phased implementation plans.
• •Own and manage the Langdock AI platform, including architecture, administration, governance, and lifecycle management.
• •Define and maintain AI platform standards, policies, security controls, and operating models.
• •Consult and support Business Groups in identifying, planning, architecting, and integrating AI use cases into their existing processes and systems.
• •Lead and deliver group-wide AI initiatives.
• •Evaluate new AI technologies and define strategic recommendations for enterprise adoption.
• •Drive user adoption through enablement, best practices, and stakeholder engagement.
• •Manage platform vendors and external partners.
• •Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• •8+ years of experience in IT architecture, platform ownership, or enterprise technology services.
• •Hands-on experience governing and operating enterprise AI platforms in a large enterprise environment.
• •Strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and enterprise architecture.
• •Experience managing cross-functional and international projects.
• •Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• •Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• •Willingness to travel internationally to support Business Groups, workshops, and project activities.
• •Fluent English required; German is a plus.
