This is a role for someone who enjoys programming and wants to apply automation, data and Artificial Intelligence to real Project Management challenges. Your primary focus will be to work with our Project Managers to identify inefficiencies in their processes and build practical digital solutions that help them work faster, make better decisions and spend less time on repetitive tasks.
You will have the freedom to explore and propose the tools and approaches that best fit each problem, with the support of the team.
You will also gain hands-on exposure to project execution by supporting Project Managers with operational activities, reporting and project follow-up, which will help you understand the processes you are improving.
At Signify, interns are encouraged to contribute new ideas, deliver meaningful results and develop their skills through practical experience in a culture of curiosity and innovation.
What you'll do

- Explore, propose and choose the most suitable tools and technologies for improvement of processes that involve repetitive tasks and manual activities.
- Develop automations and small tools that simplify everyday Project Management work.
- Help connect and synchronise data across different tools and systems.
- Experiment with AI-based assistants or agents to support recurring Project Management activities.
- Test solutions with users, collect feedback and improve them over time.
40% – Project Management support
- Support Project Managers across Europe in setting up and maintaining project orders and documentation, mainly in SAP.
- Assist with project data quality, follow-up activities and coordination across teams.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, support interactions with customers.
Must have
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field.
- Programming skills (e.g. Python) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Interest in generative AI and experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) beyond casual use.
- Interest in understanding business processes and turning problems into practical solutions.
- Fluent English, as most of your day-to-day interactions will take place in this language.
Nice to have
- Experience working with data (e.g. Excel, SQL, APIs) and PowerAutomate.
- Academic, personal or internship projects involving automation, AI or data.
- Polish language skills.
You'll be a great fit if you are
