Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered customer solutions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of operating independently, managing senior stakeholders, and translating business priorities into actionable product roadmaps.

This role requires a hands-on Product Owner who can rapidly understand complex customer needs, define AI-driven products and features, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the AI product vision, roadmap, and backlog.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data scientists, and UX teams to deliver AI-enabled customer solutions.

Identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into prioritized product requirements.

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements for development teams.

Drive product discovery, experimentation, and validation using data-driven approaches.

Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning activities.

Measure product success through KPIs, customer outcomes, and business value realization.

Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively across business and technology teams.

Ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives and customer experience goals.

Required Skills

8+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience.

Experience delivering AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation solutions.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience writing detailed user stories and managing product backlogs.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working with cross-functional engineering and data teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Retail Banking domains.

Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, Conversational AI, RAG architectures, or AI Agents.

Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS AI, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent AI platforms.

Certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, or AI-related disciplines.

Key Expectations
