  • Sicherstellung der Qualität der Lösungen: Testfälle definieren, Qualitätsmetriken festlegen, Regressionstests aufsetzen
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen für Compliance und Aufsicht, insbesondere EU AI Act und VAIT
  • Präsentation von Lösungen vor Fachbereichen und Management
  • Begleitung des Rollouts begleiten und Einführung der Anwender
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Plattform-Team sowie der zentralen Analytics-Plattform

Dein Profil

  • erforderlich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Software Engineer mit Schwerpunkt Backend, Programmiersprache Python
  • LLM-basierte Anwendungen bereits in den Produktivbetrieb gebracht, nicht ausschließlich prototypisch
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit AWS
  • Entwurf und Integration von REST-APIs in bestehende Systemlandschaften
  • Systematisches Testen und Messen von Ergebnisqualität
  • Sicheres Auftreten und verständliche Kommunikation gegenüber Fachbereich und Management
  • Deutsch mindestens C1, Englisch verhandlungssicher

  • Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche oder einem anderen regulierten Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse zu EU AI Act, VAIT oder DORA
  • Kubernetes, Terraform oder AWS CDK
  • Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, LangGraph
  • Event-getriebene Architekturen
