This role is instrumental in translating those opportunities into measurable outcomes and driving technology-enabled transformation across mid-market and large-cap environments.
Key Responsibilities

- Working alongside Strategy& operations teams to advise clients on how AI, including agentic AI, is reshaping operating models and business processes, providing technical inputs that inform the redesign of workflows, organisational structures, and end-to-end process architecture to unlock efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage.
- Collaborating with our AI forward deployed engineers to shape the design and deployment of AI solutions, contributing strategic direction to pilot projects and proofs-of-value that demonstrate tangible impact and inform the case for full-scale adoption.
- Providing strategic oversight across multiple engagements, ensuring alignment between technology investment and measurable business outcomes, and maintaining quality and rigour across concurrent workstreams.
- Playing a critical role in growing our AI and technology strategy proposition within Strategy& Deals, contributing to thought leadership, go-to-market activity, and the development of new client propositions that reflect the central role technology now plays in deal value creation.
The Role Is for You If

- You build relationships with and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from C-suite executives and board members to engineering and IT teams, translating requirements fluently between technical and business audiences, and conveying complicated topics in easily understandable terms.
- You have experience leading x-functional teams with clients including technical engineers to design, build, and deploy technology strategy, architecture or solutions that underpin strategic recommendations.
- You bring familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, and you have a passion for thinking creatively about how to apply technology in a way that is safe, beneficial, and ultimately advances responsible AI adoption within client organisations.
- You enjoy engaging in cross-organisational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities, and you actively develop and coach team members, building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity, quality, and continuous learning within the practice.
