Job Description

The AI Transformation Specialist creates and coordinates content that supports client-facing communications about the firm’s use of artificial intelligence, innovation, and emerging technology. This includes messaging for AI-related client inquiries and meetings, RFP content, website content, and other requests, helping the firm present itself accurately, consistently, and with a clear account of its capabilities.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of AI Transformation, this position works closely with the broader AI & Knowledge department as well as the firm’s Marketing & Business Development, Information Security, the Office of the General Counsel, Risk Management, Practice Solutions, and other subject matter experts. The Specialist maintains approved client-facing content and an efficient review process while identifying recurring questions and opportunities to improve the firm’s client conversations, presentations, and thought leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft and coordinate clear, tailored client-facing responses, obtaining input and approval from the appropriate subject matter experts.
  • Develop and maintain a library of approved AI messaging, capabilities descriptions, presentations, and responses to recurring client questions; identify themes and gaps.
  • Own the AI Transformation team’s process for responding to AI-related client inquiries, RFPs and due diligence questionnaires.
  • Work with the AI Transformation team to translate the firm’s evolving AI strategy into credible, audience-appropriate external messaging.
  • Partner with Marketing & Business Development on AI-related pitches, client presentations, thought leadership, and events.
  • Partner with the AI Applications and AI Data Engineering teams to track custom-built AI projects for clients and communicate progress and learnings.
  • Manage multiple time-sensitive projects independently while maintaining strong relationships with lawyers, business development colleagues, and other stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of experience in client communications, client engagement, information coordination, or related operational support, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Exceptional writing and editorial skills, including the ability to explain complex capabilities clearly without overstating them.
  • Experience using analytics and feedback to improve digital content or services.
  • Ability to lead projects independently, set priorities, and build productive relationships across functions.
  • Interest in AI, legal technology, and organizational change, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skill set, and geographic location.

Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for the position in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act.
